4. Pricing & Payments

  • History’s Fragrance reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

  • Orders are only accepted once payment has been confirmed.

  • We support secure payment methods approved by Shopify.

In case of pricing errors (human or system-related), we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order, even after confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

An order becomes binding once you receive an order confirmation email.
History’s Fragrance may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Payment fails or is flagged for fraud

  • Provided information is incomplete or incorrect

  • There is misuse of discount codes, promotions, or website functions

If a cancellation occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided on the website are estimates, not guarantees.
History’s Fragrance cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the specified address.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund terms are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the website.

Key points:

  • Only unopened, unused, fully sealed perfume products may be returned.

  • The customer must notify us of a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • After notification, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the item.

  • Returns must be sent at the customer’s own expense unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the History’s Fragrance website—including images, product descriptions, branding, logos, packaging designs, and written materials—is the exclusive property of History’s Fragrance.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
