Shipping Policy – History’s Fragrance

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by History’s Fragrance. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak periods, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • If we experience delays, you will be notified via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Domestic Shipping (The Netherlands)

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

European Union Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, customs inspections, and high-volume periods may affect transit times.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
History’s Fragrance is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Delays caused by the recipient not being available

If an address is incorrectly entered, contact us immediately at support@historysfragrance.com.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Handling fees

  • Clearance charges

These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Delays caused by customs are outside our control.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package is lost or has not moved for an extended period, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If the carrier confirms the loss, we will replace or refund the order.

Stolen Packages

If tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

  • Neighboring addresses

  • Secure delivery locations

  • Local post office

History’s Fragrance is not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.


7. Undeliverable or Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

  • Recipient unavailable

If this occurs:

  • Re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will exclude original shipping costs.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Shipping will occur when the product becomes available.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately, depending on your selections at checkout.
